There is no set time period for completing these 6 workouts. They’re extremely intense, and necessitate plenty of recovery time between workouts. Younger athletes may recover faster/be able to train more frequently, but knowing your limits helps. As always, err on the side of caution. Too much rest is going to treat you far better than too little…

The important point is that you do your utmost to exhaust your concentric, static and eccentric strength as prescribed, then perform your loaded stretches. To go back in there at anything less than fully recovered is risking injury.

Get your frequency right though, and you’ll be growing so fast your Mother won’t recognize you… J
