  • You get Myofibrillar hypertrophy by lifting heavy weights, for low reps.
  • You get Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy by lifting lighter weights, for higher reps, with shorter rest periods between sets.
  • You get Hyperplasia by putting an extreme weighted stretch on the muscle, then make sure it’s swimming in growth factors (IGF1, IGF2, MGF etc.)
