First things first: You’ll execute the “stock” Famine’ and Cruise Dietary templates you’re no doubt familiar with found in The Blueprint. These work exceptionally well for virtually everyone, so I’m not changing a thing. Big fan of not screwing with what works here…

‘The one note I will make about Famine Is this: after an exhaustive review of people’s logs, additional subjective and objective analysis etc. I’m now of the opinion that many do not require workout #3. In fact, I now estimate this to be somewhere in the neighborhood of over 50% of the training population!!

Therefore, after Famine has been completed… take the prescribed number of rest days (3) and then proceed to More Recomp and Training ideas Feast Phase…
