200-400mg/week of Test Enthanate or Test Cypionate*

- 10g creatine mono plus fenugreek/day, with food
‘Important to point out your GH releasing peptides need to be taken AWAY from food, in a LOW insulin environment. Take at least 2 hours away from food, and wait at least 20 minutes before eating anything. Then you should be good to go.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be a lot denser on this stack vs. straight test/peptides, and your strength should jump higher too.
- 100% legal eagle, as long as you’re using the peptides for research purposes.
- A direct comparison to GH is difficult, but the synergy of GH plus test is realized, and that’s before the creatine/fenugreek come into play
- You simultaneously put on muscle while leaning out. A gain of lib week in LBM with at least that much fat loss is a very reasonable expectation, provided your training/diet are on point.
- Add up to 50lbs on your big barbell lifts such as your bench, squat and deadlift. Obviously, dependent upon your loading/training orientation, diet etc.
- HRT can be expensive, depending upon where you get it
- Not everyone is willing to pin peptides. In that event, consider GABA on an empty stomach (3-5 grams) as an alternative.
